Shipping & Returns


We deliver worldwide. We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours. Most of our parcels are letterbox size so can be posted through your door.

UK postage is by Royal Mail which usually takes 1-3 working days for delivery but can occasionally be up to 5 working days. 

Overseas postage is by Royal Mail International Tracked, which within 12 working days (these timings do not include any delay by customs), however it may take up to 28 days. 

Orders can occasionally get delayed by customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please contact your country's customs office for more information. Seb & Roo is not responsible for delays due to customs.  


If you need to return an item, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must return the goods to us within 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom orders and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

If any item is received not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, you may only be granted a partial refund. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Seb & Roo, 4 North Grove Avenue, Wetherby, West Yorkshire, LS22 7PZ, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
